LES FLEURS JAMAIS NE FANENT
BY Émilie GéNovèse
The zeitgeist mixes individualities and social determinism to explain the apparition of ideas of the time, the spirit of specific moment in a particular society. Those moments are, as the flower, ephemerals, unique, the perfect result of a serie of precise events ; but they are also cyclic, perpetuals. Trends past away but fashion lasts forever. The flower fades and die as object, but the idea of the flower, her appearance, lasts too.
